冷鳥冬

日本超市減價,買了一包半乾濕讚崎鳥冬。
晚上在家中自己做飯,拿出這個讚崎鳥冬做冷鳥冬。餸菜方面,今次「無骨落地」,浸了些木耳,然後切絲,再放入冰箱冷藏。吃前一、兩個小時做一個辣根醬,然後混入木耳中,將兩者混好後再放入冰箱冷藏。臨上枱前灑少許砂糖在十耳上,即可食用。
另一味是日本大蒽。把一整條大蒽切成小塊或細絲,我愛把一半蒽用水灼一灼,剩下一半則生食。就是這樣,我的晚餐做好了。既胞肚又健康!
