台灣食客行(四):麻辣火鍋

美好的事物總是可一不可再。

R0014543多年前到台灣，盲打誤撞走入在台北巿內有多家分店的布麻布辣吃麻辣火鍋。這家小店提供的是自助式火鍋，多款火鍋料任君選擇，當中有我最愛吃的「麻孖腸」。麻孖腸是用一條肥豬腸塞進另一條肥豬腸中做成的腸狀東西，簡直是充滿膽固醇。

再到台灣，食髓知味，當然要再去尋找往日美味。依舊都是布麻布辣，湯底的味道似乎沒有改變，但卻少了麻孖腸。當堂無心機！
