心靈雞湯 Chicken Soup

今日發現家鄉雞的雞湯加了很多湯料,除了罐頭雞湯湯底外,碗中充滿了磨菇和雞肉。食欲不振時,喝一碗便夠。這種能夠提升產品質素的競爭,食客一定要鼓勵,兼且予以讚賞。
我小時候很喜歡喝罐頭雞湯,甚至用它撈飯。先把一罐雞湯加入一罐半水煮開,煮滾後,待湯慢慢蒸發水份,大約剩下一碗水便可。而在烹調過程中,我故意不把雞湯搞得太云,為求湯中有一些雞溶粒。把這濃湯慢慢倒入白飯上…… 快樂其實好簡單。

kfc這個雞湯我也喝過, 但覺得像它自家雞皇飯的汁….雞肉也多得出奇吧
