
不知從何時開始,飯後要吃甜點。
從前南丫島只在碼頭附近有糖水檔,主要供應中式熱食糖水和小食,晚上才開檔,但現在多了一間西式甜品店,由年輕的老闆婆「一腳踢」,既是侍應又是廚師,我最愛吃她的朱古力布甸。
有人愛朱古力的甜,我則愛它香中帶苦的味道。老闆婆的朱古力布甸不甜,不像用一般布甸粉做的布甸,它是厚厚實實的,入口有可可豆味,伴以香蕉片和鮮忌廉,相信它的卡路里不遜於一頓飯!或許是可可豆的咖啡因作怪,吃過朱古力後,總有振奮、充滿希望的感覺。不過,嗜甜總是奢侈。
