要食又要靚

“肥“帶給女士很多煩惱,尤其是愛吃的人,更加煩惱。那“油浸都唔肥“的朋友,令我善羨萬分,不過,人最重要是健康,就算是瘦,也不代表健康。
諸位食客,我想起了吃燕麥片,它有益心藏,兼且能吸走膽固醇,然後排出體外(緊記吃完要喝多點水,若不然,它便會留在腸內掃不走),若你今日吃了鵝肝、東坡肉等“肥物“,那你明天早上起來可吃燕麥片作事後補救。超級市場有即食燕麥片賣,有甜和原味(無味)兩種,你也可到街市買一大包自己煮。我娘親有煮麥皮的習慣,她有時會放練奶,有時會放雞蛋,但兩種口味都不合我意,我愛吃甜味即食那種,哈!
除了燕麥皮,我想起了多年前減肥時間所創的“不作無謂犧牲法“,即是說,限制自己每天吃的份量,易肥的、不健康的食物盡量少吃,如PIZZA,芝士蛋糕等。平日多吃點健康的食物,如蔬菜、飯和魚等。
