食海鮮最緊要新鮮！南丫島榕樹灣大街有間日本料理叫“青島“，除了在一般日本料理可找到的刺身和燾司外，熟海產也不錯，鬼咩，餐廳在海島之上，所謂“靠水食水“，總有賣點。我的至愛是清酒煮蜆，清酒加白蔔白絲及小紅椒，味辣，蜆新鮮，再怕辣的都會把湯一飲而盡。

不過，南丫島始終是個休閒地，除了地道茶餐廳外，其他食肆的服務都顯得“業餘“，食客要有心理準備。
